Zimbabwe Client Visited RICHMCHN Office

On July 7, 2026, RICHMCHN welcomed a client from Zimbabwe for a business visit focused on loaders and crane booms. Before the meeting, we learned about the client's travel schedule and prepared the relevant product materials to ensure a smooth and productive discussion.

This client was introduced by one of our customers who visited our company at the end of March. Since then, we have maintained regular communication regarding loader models and spare parts, providing quotations and technical information based on the client's requirements. Last week, we learned that the client was staying in Shanghai for several days while visiting friends, so we took the opportunity to invite him to our office for a face-to-face meeting.

During the visit, we introduced RICHMCHN's company profile, export experience, and product portfolio, giving the client a comprehensive understanding of our capabilities. The client was impressed by our company and expressed strong interest in establishing a long-term partnership. We also arranged a phone discussion with the client's end user, who had previously received our quotation, to further discuss the procurement plan and promote the payment process. After the meeting, we accompanied the client back to his destination.
