On March 26, 2026, RICHMCHN welcomed a client from the Democratic Republic of the Congo for a business visit focused on excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment. Prior to the meeting, we confirmed the client’s itinerary and prepared relevant materials related to the discussed machines to ensure an efficient and productive discussion.
This client was introduced by one of our long-term customers. During our communication, we learned that the client was currently in Shanghai and had an immediate demand for machinery. We therefore invited the client to visit our company for further discussions. During the visit, we introduced RICHMCHN’s company background, supply capabilities, and successful export cases. We also discussed in detail the machine models, configurations, and pricing that the client was interested in.
The meeting proceeded smoothly and helped build mutual trust. Both sides agreed to arrange a factory visit the following week to inspect the machines and further confirm the equipment details.
After the visit, we will accompany the client to the factory to check the machines and continue close follow-up to promote the order and achieve successful cooperation.
