The client had first contacted us last year with inquiries about LONGKING excavators, though communication at that time was limited to a few scattered quotations. Recently, while visiting Zhengzhou to inspect concrete machinery, the client expressed interest in visiting the LONGKING factory. After touring our Shanghai office, we accompanied the client to the factory for an on-site inspection.
During the visit, the client took a close look at several excavator models and observed the production process. Our team provided detailed explanations of the machine’s performance, configurations, and after-sales service policies.
